This class implements an NAND gate with arbitrary number of inputs. The IN argument is a concatenation of all the wires to be inputs to the gate. For example, if IN is a 4-bit wire, nandX(this, in, out) will implement (in[0] & in[1] & in[2] & in[3]).

NOTE: Do not override this unless every possible condition responsible for structural differences in a class (types and amount of children cells created, and arrangements of wires connected to ports) is included in the cellInterface[] of that class.
