RAM16X1D is a 16-word by 1-bit static dual-ported RAM. When the write enable (WE) is high, the data on D is loaded into the word selected by the 4-bit write address (A). The data output SPO gives the word addressed by A, regardless of the state of WE. The data output DPO gives the word addressed by DPRA, regardless of the state of WE.
