MULT18X18S is a signed 18-bit by 18-bit multiplier with output registered. The value represented in the 18-bit input A is multiplied by the value represented in the 18-bit input B. Output P is the 36-bit product of A and B. A, B, and P are two s complement. CE is enable, R is a synchronous reset. (Source: XACT Libraries Guide, Xilinx Corporation, 1991-2001.)
