The FDCE_G is a generic-width, asynchronously cleared, enabled D-type flip-flop. The width of the cell is automatically determined from the width of the D wire. When clock enable (CE) is high, the output port Q takes the value D on a rising clock edge. If at any time the CLR signal is high, Q is forced low.
